In The Bag

All four espresso batches cupped out nice and consistent.  Very exciting, as that currently is one of my biggest challenges with each bag of beans.  They are all packaged up and will be delivered tomorrow to several "customers".  Okay, so they're family and friends, but they're customers.  Thanks Gayelene, Eldon, Stan and Matt Mahaffy.
