I think you put magic in your beans. I have honestly never enjoyed a home-brewed cup of coffee as much. ever. Sauvie Island has broken my go-out-for-fancy-and-pricey coffee addiction. Every morning, my toddler and I have a cup of coffee (hers is soymilk with cinamon) and play with puzzles. It has become a ritual we both look forward to in the morning. My favorite combo is mixing the Sumatra decaf and caf. Yummy. Plus I love that they are organic.
Aren't you a gem - I really appreciate your feedback. It's fun to have that special time w/ the little ones isn't it? I remember my first experience w/ coffee was when I was about 4, having breakfast with my grandma. Of course it's the aroma that brings back the fond memories of her cream laden cup. I wonder what your daughter will remember...
